Waterford Township Implements Proficy Workflow to Standardize Work Flow Procedures, Link SCADA to CMMS, DMS

To link its SCADA, Computer Maintenance Management (CMMS) and Document Management (DMS) systems and to standardize work flow procedures to mitigate the loss of institutional knowledge due to workforce retirements, the Waterford Township Department of Public Works (DPW) implemented Proficy Workflow work process management software from GE Intelligent Platforms.
